Claudia Urquiola

Claudia Urquiola is Nauta Capital’s Head of Marketing & Communications.
Based in London, Claudia oversees the marketing and communications strategy and supports in investor relations and fundraising initiatives.
Alongside her team, Claudia manages our website, social media channels, media relations and email marketing communications.
Prior to Nauta Capital, Claudia worked for Grupo Santander for more than seven years.
Her most recent appointment being the Head of Secure User Experiences for Customers, where she developed global campaigns aimed at shifting consumer behaviours in cybersecurity.
And prior to that, she was a Senior Communications Manager in the UK focussed on internal communications.
Her earlier work was on the agency side working at Finn Partners and Ogilvy Public Relations, where she developed corporate communications strategies for B2B and technology companies, as well as countries.
Some of her clients included the Government of Mexico, GT Nexus, Vonage, Earthport, Kosmos Energy, Genpact, American Express and the Sohn Foundation.
Claudia holds an MBA from Fordham University and a BA from the University of Kent at Canterbury.
