Christopher A. Eckstrom

Mr. Christopher Eckstrom core expertise lies in the municipal sector where he has been responsible for short, intermediate and long-term municipal strategies for both national and state-specific mandates.
Mr. Eckstrom has served as a Senior Portfolio Manager for the Columbia Management Group, an investment subsidiary of Bank of America.
There, he was responsible for the management of $1.7 billion in portfolios for both institutions and individuals.
These included mutual funds, nuclear decommissioning trust accounts and high net-worth portfolios.
Among the funds he managed were the Municipal Income Fund, a long-duration national fund, and various state-specific funds, including Florida, Georgia, Maryland, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia.
He also served as a senior municipal credit analyst covering a broad array of investments across a number of states and the entire credit spectrum.
Mr. Eckstrom earned his BS degree in aeronautical science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and his MBA with a concentration in accounting and finance from St. Bonaventure University.
