Christian Herff

Mr. Christian Herff is Chief Compliance Officer & General Counsel at South Texas Money Management Ltd.
He serves as the chief legal officer of the company and oversees all aspects of STMM’s legal affairs.
He joined South Texas Money Management in June of 2006 as Chief Compliance Officer and continues to serve in that capacity.
Prior to joining South Texas Money Management, he was an attorney for eight years in the Corporate, Banking and Business Department of Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P.
Christian’s professional experience with Fulbright included advising public and private companies in a wide variety of matters such as mergers and acquisitions, private placements, initial and secondary public offerings, SEC filings, restructurings, joint ventures, and commercial contract negotiation.
Before entering law school, Christian passed the Series 7 general securities representative licensing examination and worked as a registered investment representative with firms in San Antonio and Dallas.
Christian received a B.A.
degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University and a J.D.
degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law.
