The firm was founded by Richard Morse in 1976 and is owned by The Richard H. and M. Sheila Morse Charitable Trust. BFM provides investment management, financial planning, estate planning and trust services to individuals, families, endowments, and not-for-profit organizations.

Founded by Gerald Kieft, Wall Street Resources, Inc. (WSR) is a research firm located in Palm City, Florida. The firm focuses on micro-to-small-cap companies. They look for companies that report sales and earnings growth over 50% or companies that reported revenue growth exceeding 50% and reported a profit versus a loss over the same period in the prior year. WSR also looks for investment opportunities by following inside trading, by seeking to identify companies showing all time highs and 12-month highs and by seeking companies that have traded in a tight pattern for a long period of time. They review industry and price charts on a daily basis. Once an undervalued security has been identified, WSR employs technical analysis to determine the ideal entry point.
