Galatea is now Scandinavia's leading importer of beer and they have a wide range in which both strong brands and specific products have an obvious place. They import beer from, inter alia, the Czech Republic, Germany, England, Belgium, Holland, Spain, Jamaica, USA, Canada and Denmark and is always looking for interesting new products. They work consistently to kvalitetsöl and is proud to offer its customers a good education, both specifically about its products as more general knowledge of beer. They also have a good selection of wines, spirits and cider. Galatea is working closely with Tegner Hermansson, and therefore they can offer a varied selection of wines with high quality. In the case of cider, they can satisfy most tastes, ranging from Weston's classic English cider to the Swedish Hanna's Cider with different flavors. Its spirits include Courvoisier cognac, several maltwhiskies as Laphroaig, Tomatin and Arran, exclusive rum Bally and St. James, and Gibson London Dry Gin and Talisman Blended Whisky both part of the most bought at Systembolaget in each category. Since 2009 they have also taken over the Signatory which is one of Scotland's largest independent Bottlers. This means that the Signatory bottles of whiskey from distilleries throughout Scotland. Since 2004, they, through its subsidiary, BEA logistics, warehousing and distribution in-house to achieve the best possible delivery. Its sales team consists of seven field sales staff that is supplemented by an inside sales team. In total, nearly 60 people in the company.
