Mr. Cummings joined a small struggling utility service company in the late 1980’s and helped build the firm into an industry leading company with operations in forty-eight states.
Mr. Cummings sold Utility Service Company in 2008 to Suez Environment/United Water.
Mr. Cummings backed John McCallum to launch JAM Capital Partners in 2010 and remains active in the leadership of the firm as an investor and operating partner.
