Cagla Kaymaz

Cagla joined the team in 2022 and focuses on Citi Ventures' enterprise investments.
As a former tech operator and entrepreneur, she is passionate about identifying founders who are redefining enterprise software and supporting them at every stage of their journey.
Cagla started her career at Microsoft, where she spent most of her time as a product manager leading engineering and design teams.
While getting her MBA, she worked as an investor at Maverick Ventures focusing on tech and healthcare investments, as Chief of Staff at Season Health, and as a PM at January AI.
Most recently, Cagla was the founder of a vertical SaaS company focusing on pet care.
Cagla has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
She holds a BS degree in Math and Computational Science and an MS degree in Computer Science from Stanford University.
Cagla is a Bay Area transplant from Turkey, where everyone can correctly pronounce her name (it's "Chala").
She enjoys spending time outdoors (hiking, diving, and skiing), picking up new hobbies (golf and tennis are her current favorites), and spoiling her Mini Australian Shepherd, Ella.
