Brian is responsible for BroadWare's technology roadmap, systems architecture and intellectual property, and will foster key technology partnerships in the government and commercial security industries.
Brian’s technology background includes high performance graphics and video systems, video compression, software and architectures for large scale client-server Web systems and computer networking technology.
Before Broadware, Brian co-founded Mpath Interactive where he was GM/COO and VP Development.
At Mpath he created architecture for a low-latency Internet online game service Mplayer.com.
This involved extensive custom client-server software development integrated with a back-end data base to support a large, highly interactive high traffic Web site.
Before Mpath, Brian was VP of Engineering/CTO at SuperMac where his team shipped multiple award winning products in computer graphics and video.
Brian has also held engineering and management positions at Stellar Computer, Apollo and Computervision.
Brian has BA in Physics from Princeton University
