Bobby Harris

Mr. Robert E.
Harris, III, is a Director & Financial Planner at Ifrah Financial Services, Inc. He specializes in working with clients, advising them on issues arising from several aspects of personal financial planning, including investment management, retirement planning, income tax planning, insurance and estate planning.
He also assists small business owners with decisions in choosing and implementing retirement plans.
Prior to beginning a career in the financial services industry, Mr. Harris served as both an Enlisted Soldier and Commissioned Officer in the U.S.
Army and is a veteran of several overseas operations, most notably Desert Storm.
He began his financial services career in 1993 at a regional brokerage firm, first as an operations employee and later as a Trading Assistant.
In 1995, he joined a Little Rock-based registered investment advisory firm and began assisting clients in the Little Rock and Texarkana areas.
Mr. Harris earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theater Arts from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
He is also a Certified Finanical Planner professional.
