Davidson Fixed Income Management, Inc. (DFIM) is a SEC-registered investment advisor and wealth management firm headquartered in Denver, Colorado. They are a wholly-owned subsidiary of D. A. Davidson Companies, a financial services holding company. The firm began was founded in 2004 as Kirkpatrick Pettis Capital Management, Inc. In 2005, Davidson Companies purchased all of the stock of Kirkpatrick Pettis and shortly thereafter, the firm changed its name and began to conduct business under the name Davidson Fixed Income Management, Inc. DFIM offers investment advisory services to public entities and mutual funds that desire investments in fixed income securities.
