The company is an independent resource company primarily engaged in the exploration and development of oil and gas opportunities located in the domestic United States. The company currently holds no interests in any oil and gas properties. It continues to seek out oil and gas opportunities that may be economic and within ability to raise financing necessary for progress an opportunity. Its ability to progress the exploration and development of oil and natural gas opportunities in the past, and in the future is heavily dependent on ability to secure financing sufficient to allow us to fund initiatives, to meet operating and working capital requirements, and to act on future opportunities as they arise.
