Mr. Andreas Lenz is Finance Manager at Cordea Savills Investment Management Ltd.

He also lead the finance team based in Munich.
Mr. Andreas Lenz previously worked at Babcock & Brown, the international investment and advisory firm, where he was a Senior Finance Manager responsible for real estate financial analysis, asset management/controlling and transactions.
Prior to this, he worked for five years at Ernst & Young Real Estate, where he was responsible for real estate valuation, transaction advisory and real estate corporate finance.
He also regularly presents seminars in real estate due dilligence at the seminar company IIR Conferences Germany.
Mr. Andreas Lenz holds a diploma in business engineering from the University of Karlsruhe and is a certified real estate surveyor appraise.
