Sundaram Asset Management Co. Ltd. (Sundaram AM) is the wholly-owned asset management subsidiary of Sundaram Finance Ltd. ( BSE: 590071) in India. Formerly known as Sundaram BNP Paribas Asset Management, established as a joint venture in 1996, the firm changed their name to Sundaram Asset Management in 2010 when the joint venture was dissolved. Sundaram AM is based in Chennai and manages the Sundaram Mutual Fund.

Franklin Templeton Asset Management (India) Pvt. Ltd. (FTAM-India) is a fund management firm headquartered in Mumbai, Indian. The firm was founded in 1996 and is a subsidiary of Franklin Templeton Holding Ltd., ultimately owned by Franklin Resources, Inc. (NYSE: BEN) in the US. FTAM-India manages a range of mutual funds for Indian investors.

SBI Funds Management Ltd. (SBIFM) is an independent India-based mutual fund management firm which was founded in 1992 as a joint venture between State Bank of India (63%) and Societe Generale SA (37%) in France. In 2009, Societe Generale and Credit Agricole SA merged their global asset management businesses, and in 2011, Amundi SA (owned 75% by Credit Agricole and 25% by Societe Generale) acquired Societe Generale's stake.
