The company is based in Kiryat Ono, Israel and was founded in 2016 by Nir Ayalon, Avital Sincai, Eitan Yehuda, and Alon Ayalon. The Israeli company's solution, Cydome EverShield, conforms to all international regulatory guidelines and provides a real-time map of assets throughout a maritime shipping company's network. Cydome's team consists of maritime and cyber security professionals, ex-naval officers, Big Data, Data Privacy, and Cyber Security experts who have joined forces to address the unique challenges of cybersecurity at sea. Nir Ayalon has been the CEO since 2016.
