Alexander P. Adair

Mr. Adair joined Ramius Capital in 1999.
From 1998 to 1999, Mr. Adair was a Managing Member of Quattro Global Capital, LLC, a New York based investment management firm.
At Quattro, Mr. Adair managed and traded a domestic convertible arbitrage portfolio and was responsible for implementing the firm's U.S.
convertible arbitrage strategy.
Mr. Adair also played an active role in risk management, asset allocation and client service.
From 1992 to 1998, Mr. Adair was a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at The Palladin Group, L.P., an investment management firm located in New York City.
Mr. Adair managed and traded the firm's domestic convertible arbitrage portfolio and was responsible for implementing the firm's global convertible arbitrage strategy.
From 1989 to 1992, Mr. Adair was a Convertible Arbitrage Trader and Assistant Portfolio Manager at Lipco Partners, L.P., the broker dealer subsidiary of Lipper & Company, an investment management firm located in New York City.
From 1987 to 1989, Mr. Adair was a Convertible Arbitrage Trader at F.P.
Quinn Trading Company, an investment management firm located in New York City.
From 1986 to 1987, Mr. Adair was an Operations Management Trainee at the securities firm of Mabon, Nugent & Company.
