Prior to joining Net Partners, Mr. Dubois was the European Vice-President and CFO of Automatic Data Processing (Dealer Services), a $6 billion US company providing computerized transaction processing, data communications and information services.
Prior to ADP, Mr Dubois had 14 years of overall work experience at firms including Solvay, Anixter International and PriceWaterhouseCoopers with long assignments in Belgium, the US, Switzerland, France and Germany.
He has a degree in Master of Sciences in Management from the University of Louvain-La-Neuve in Belgium, and participated to an MBA program in Canada.
