Protrade Applied Materials Corp. announced that it will issue 5,680,000 common share at an issue price of TWD 43 per share for aggregate proceeds of TWD 244,240,000 on November 11, 2022. The transaction include participation from returning investor Weblink International Inc. The transaction was approved by the board of directors of the company.
