Aggregate consideration of INR 1 million is being paid by the Company in cash for acquiring 10,000 equity shares of WIPL at INR 100 each which constitutes 100% shareholding of WIPL. For the year ended March 31, 2023, Waldent Innovations has net worth of INR 1.0019 million and turnover of INR 37.909 million.
The acquisition was duly approved by the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors on August 23, 2023. Equity stake of WIPL to be completed within 3 Months from the date of approval of Board and Audit Committee.
