202,125,000 Common Shares of Thai Coconut Public Company Limited are subject to a Lock-Up Agreement Ending on 14-MAR-2024. These Common Shares will be under lockup for 183 days starting from 13-SEP-2023 to 14-MAR-2024.
Details:
Silent shares of 808,500,000 shares, equivalent to 55.00% of paid-up capital for the period of 1 year from the first trading day. Upon the expiration of 6-month period of the prescribe time, the shareholders will be allowed to sell 25% of the silent shares, equivalent to 202,125,000 shares and will be able to sell all the remaining shares at the end of the period of 1 year, representing the remaining shares that can be sold equal to 606,375,000 shares.
Thai Coconut Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based food and beverage manufacturer and exporter. It is a manufacturer who produces products from coconuts. The Company produces coconut-based products, such as coconut milk, coconut water, virgin coconut oil, ready curry soup, coconut snacks, desiccated coconut and others. Products from its factory are produced under the Thaicoco, Blanc coco and Cocoburi brands. It also produces industrial products.
