Lodestone Startup Venture Specialized Private Equity Fund, AJU Good Private Equity Fund, AJU Overseas Expansion Fund, Korea Omega Investment Corp. and DSC Investment Inc. managed by DSC Follow-on Growth Ladder Fund and DSC Promising Service Sector Fund signed an agreement to acquire 27.9% stake in Point Mobile Co., Ltd. from Thunder Software Technology Co., Ltd. for $9.1 million.

Lodestone Startup Venture Specialized Private Equity Fund, AJU Good Private Equity Fund, AJU Overseas Expansion Fund, Korea Omega Investment Corp. and DSC Investment Inc. (KOSDAQ:A241520) managed by DSC Follow-on Growth Ladder Fund and DSC Promising Service Sector Fund signed an agreement to acquire 27.9% stake in Point Mobile Co., Ltd. from Thunder Software Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300496) for $9.1 million on December 26, 2017. Under the terms, Thunder Software Technology Co., Ltd. will transfer approximately 0.1 million shares and it is stipulated that Thunder Software Technology Co., Ltd. is to transfer 1,773 shares in Point Mobile Co., Ltd., another 5,319 shares are to be transferred on the same day.

Payment will be done in one singly installment to be paid in cash.
