Nuveen Multi-Asset Income Fund

Nuveen Multi-Asset Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is to provide a total return through high current income and capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests in a portfolio of equity and debt securities of issuers located around the world. The Fund may invest in equity and debt securities of any type. The Fund may also invest in inverse floating-rate securities. The Fund may invest in debt securities paying a fixed or fluctuating rate of interest and with any maturity or duration. The Fund may invest in all types of preferred securities, including both traditional and non-traditional preferred securities. The Fund may use derivatives for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to adjusting its exposures to markets, sectors, asset classes, and securities, and may utilize derivatives of any type.
