Grupo Carso, S.A.B. de C.V. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was MXN 45,728.27 million compared to MXN 46,663.33 million a year ago. Net income was MXN 2,817.17 million compared to MXN 3,425.28 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was MXN 1.25 compared to MXN 1.52 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was MXN 1.25 compared to MXN 1.52 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was MXN 143,027.01 million compared to MXN 126,223.81 million a year ago. Net income was MXN 10,140.96 million compared to MXN 9,889.86 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was MXN 4.5 compared to MXN 4.39 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was MXN 4.5 compared to MXN 4.39 a year ago.
