Compagnie de l'Odet SE is a holding company owning, at the end of 2023, 67.4% of the share capital of the listed group Bolloré SE. Net sales (excluding sold activities) is broken down by activity as follows:

- communication services (76.5% of net sales): studies, consultancy, media strategy development, purchase of advertising spaces, etc.;

- distribution, storage and trade of oil products (20.3%; No. 2 in France);

- production of plastic films and batteries, terminals and specialized systems (2.4%): films for condensers (No. 1 worldwide), heat-shrink films for packages (No. 3 worldwide), electric batteries, ticketing and boarding control terminals (No. 1 worldwide), pedestrian and vehicle access control equipment, etc. ;

- other (0.8%).

Net sales ((excluding sold activities) are distributed geographically as follows: France and DROM-COM (52.1%), Europe (23.8%), Americas (12.7%), Africa (7.3%) and Asia/Pacific (4.1%).
