Cogent Communications Increases Its Regular Quarterly Dividend on Its Common Stock, Payable on June 7, 2024

On May 8, 2024, Cogent's Board approved a regular quarterly dividend of $0.975 per share payable on June 7, 2024 to shareholders of record on May 23, 2024. This second quarter 2024 regular dividend represents an increase of $0.01 per share, or 1.0%, from the first quarter 2024 regular dividend of $0.965 per share and an annual increase of 4.3% from the second quarter 2023 dividend of $0.935 per share.
Cogent Communications Holdings, Inc. is a facilities-based provider of Internet access, private network services and data center colocation space and power. The Companyâs network is specifically designed and optimized to transmit packet routed data. The Company, through its own facilities, offers on-net Internet access services to customers located in buildings that are physically connected to its network. Its on-net service consists of high-speed Internet access and private network services offered at speeds ranging from megabits per second (Mbps) to gigabits per second (Gbps).
