The range of its products includes paints, resins, glues, thinners and auxiliary preparations, spread in three segments: decorative paints, industrial paints and tinting systems. The Company's brand names include Betona, paint for concrete, Decorhit, interior and exterior wall paints and Chemolux, protective wood varnish, among others. The Company's distribution network comprises Belgium, the Czech Republic, Hungary, the Netherlands, Poland, the Russian Federation and Ukraine. As of December 31, 2011, Chemolak as operated four subsidiaries: Chemolak Mukacevo spol. sro v likvidacii, Chemolak Trade spol. sro, Chemolak Secent sro and Realchem Praha sro, based in the Czech Republic and one affiliated company IBA Chemolak.
