As of December 31, 2011, Chemolak as operated four subsidiaries: Chemolak Mukacevo spol. sro v likvidacii, Chemolak Trade spol. sro, Chemolak Secent sro and Realchem Praha sro, based in the Czech Republic and one affiliated company IBA Chemolak.
