MOSCOW, May 4 (Reuters) - Russian gas transit via Kazakhstan to China is planned at some 35 billion cubic metres (bcm) per year, Kazakhstan's envoy to Russia Dauren Abayev said on Saturday, according to TASS news agency.
Last year, Kazakhstan and Russia established the route for a future gas pipeline to support shipments between the two countries and to China. (Reporting by Vladimir Soldatkin; Editing by Angus MacSwan)
