Chamni's Eye Public Company Limited entered into Memorandum on Acquisition to acquire Entire business of Zealots Boutique Post Production Company Limited from Phongsin Jacksmithanon, Kanokwan Jacksmithanon, and Wantana Nuchtarn for THB 65 million.

Chamni's Eye Public Company Limited (SET:CEYE) entered into Memorandum on Acquisition to acquire Zealots Boutique Post Production Company Limited for THB 65 million on December 12, 2022. After the EBT of ZEALOTS, ZEALOTS will cease its operation and dissolve its business. In the liquidation processes of ZEALOTS, the liquidators will distribute the CompanyÆs shares holding by ZEALOTS to ZEALOTSÆs shareholders which include Phongsin Jacksmithanon (49.83%), Kanokwan Jacksmithanon (49.33%), and Wantana Nuchtarn (0.84%).

In related transaction, Chamni's Eye will acquire Urban Media Creation Company Limited for THB 35 million. Zealots Boutique Post Production has Total assets of THB 39.34 million, total revenue of THB 37.03 million, Total shareholders' equity of THB 38.21 million for the year ended, December 31, 2022.
