DNB Bank outlined a management reshuffle and said it will establish business banking Norway as a separate business division.

The company said on Monday that the head of business banking Norway, Rasmus Aage Figenschou, will become part of the group management team, along with Maria Ervik Lovold, who will take over as head of personal banking, Eline Skramstad, who will become head group risk management and Even Westerveld, who will lead a new people & communication unit.

"With the new line-up in our group management team, we are making our customer focus clearer and linking banking and technology even more closely together," said Chief Executive Kjerstin Braathen.

"In order to deliver the best services to our customers in the future as well, we must develop even faster. These changes will contribute to that."

Norway's largest lender said current personal banking head Ingjerd Blekeli Spiten, risk management head Sverre Krog and head of people Anne Sigrun Moen will no longer be members of the group management team as of today.
