IndiaMART InterMESH Limited announced that Mr. Vivek Agrawal, Senior Vice President categorized as a Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Company has tendered his resignation from the services of the Company with effect from the close of business hours of May 03, 2024, since he intends to take up career opportunities outside the organization.
