Far East Hospitality Trust (Trust) is a Singapore-based real estate investment trust. The principal activity of the Trust is to invest in income-producing real estate in Singapore, used primarily for hospitality and/or hospitality related purposes, with the primary objective of achieving an attractive level of return from rental income and for long-term capital growth. The Trust operates through two segments: hotels and serviced residences and retail units, offices, and others. It has approximately 12 properties, comprising nine hotels and three serviced residences. It has 2,775 hotel rooms and 240 serviced residence units in its portfolio. Its hotel properties include Oasia Hotel Downtown, Oasia Hotel Novena, Rendezvous Hotel Singapore, Vibe Hotel Singapore Orchard, Village Hotel Albert Court, Village Hotel Bugis, and Village Hotel Changi. Its serviced residences include Adina Serviced Apartments Singapore Orchard and Village Residence Robertson Quay.
