The Company’s portfolio is composed of full or partial ownership interests in approximately 55 properties, net-leased to 59 corporate tenants, totaling approximately 9.0 million leasable square feet (including 0.6 million of operating square footage for a parking garage on a domestic property). The Company’s business plan is to focus on realizing value for its shareholders primarily through strategic asset management and disposition of property portfolios over time.
