Macbee Planet, Inc. (TSE:7095) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 55,000 shares, representing 1.52% of its issued share capital (excluding treasury stock), for a total purchase price of ¥1,280 million. The purpose of the program is to improve capital efficiency.
The program will be valid till January 30, 2024. As of December 21, 2023, the company had 3,618,396 issued shares (excluding treasury stock) and 172 treasury shares.

Marketing Technology business is engaged in using the Web service tool Robee to predict consumer behavior and collect the ways and behavior patterns of consumers entering websites, and to increase the number of inflows to websites. It also provides marketing by improving the creative aspects such as text, images, and videos on the client's Website, and by implementing measures focused on maintaining relationships with chatbots and existing customers.
