The 2024 list of America's Best Employers for Diversity was selected based on a survey by Forbes and Statista. The survey was completed by 170,000 people from across the U.S. working for companies that have a minimum of 1,000 employees. Participants were asked to anonymously rate their respective organizations based on several areas, including age, gender, ethnicity, disability and sexual orientation. Researchers also assessed DEI practices-such as the presence of employee resource groups, the publication of employee demographic data, the percentage of women in leadership roles and supplier diversity.
