On November 4, Ballard Power Systems declared to the AMF that it had exceeded the threshold of 10% of the voting rights in Forsee Power, and held 7.27% of the capital and 11.27% of the voting rights in this battery manufacturer, as a result of an allocation of double voting rights.

The declarant states that, for the next six months, it has no plans to purchase additional shares in Forsee Power, nor does it intend to take control of the company or seek appointment to the board of directors or supervisory board.
