flatexDEGIRO announces that its shareholder GfBk Gesellschaft für Börsenkommunikation mbH ('GfBk') has proposed a change to the agenda of the Annual General Meeting to be held on June 4, 2024.

GfBk proposes the dismissal of the Chairman of the Company's Supervisory Board, Martin Korbmacher, with effect from June 4, 2024, and proposes that he be succeeded by Axel Hörger, an independent advisor, with effect from the same date.

GfBK also announces that Herbert Seuling, member of the flatexDEGIRO Supervisory Board (and of the Supervisory Board of Heliad AG), will resign 'for personal reasons' at the close of the AGM on June 4.
GfBk proposes to fill this future vacancy by electing Bernd Förtsch.

As a reminder, GfBk holds 13.08% of flatexDEGIRO's capital, and its director Bernd Förtsch holds 1.44% of flatexDEGIRO's shares, as well as a further 4.68% via Heliad AG.
