(Alliance News) - Alerion Clean Power Spa announced Monday that through its indirect subsidiaries Vulturu Power Park Srl and Vulturu Wind Farm Srl, it has obtained permits for the construction of two wind farms, of 114 MW and 108 MW respectively, in the territory of the municipalities of Crucea, Saraiu and Vulturu, in the Dobrogea region of Romania.

The company explained that these two plants are part of a project comprising three neighboring wind farms with a total capacity of about 336 MW, and the permit for the construction of the third wind farm is expected to be obtained by the end of 2024.

The company estimates that the plants will come into production in 2027.

The expected full-scale output of the entire wind project - including the three plants - is estimated to be about 1,100 GWh per year, with an expected full-scale annual EBITDA of about EUR85 million.

Alerion trades in the red by 1.4 percent at EUR17.74 per share.
