On Thursday, FDE announced the issue of a new €60 million green bond to support the development of its low-carbon energy production in Norway and Europe.

The group explains that this financing will enable it to support the deployment of new energy production sites in Europe and the implementation of its growth plan, which will accelerate in the second half of the year.

In a press release, FDE points out that it plans to launch three projects for the production of Bio-GNL and biogenic CO2 in Norway, for which it is awaiting the level of financial support to be granted by the Norwegian Agency for Ecological Transition.

At the same time, the company says it is moving ahead with a major 20 MW green hydrogen production facility in Agder, dedicated to the marine industry.

The company also confirmed its targets for 2026, namely annualized sales of over 100 million euros and Ebitda of over 50 million euros.

Listed on the Paris Bourse, the company's share price rose by over 4% on Thursday afternoon following these announcements.
