In addition, the Company offers consulting services in the area of power plant design and construction, harbor planning and configuration, coal mine operation and on-site optimization of raw materials logistics. It participates in energy and coal-related projects in Germany, Poland and Russia. The Company's majority shareholder is Ichor Coal NV.
