EBA will build 101 rental housings in Gardelegui, Vitoria-Gasteiz

Madeilia has awarded EBA the execution works of a residential complex consisting of 101 rental housings distributed in three independent building blocks (36+35+30) and internal urbanization. The project will be carried out under the BREEAM Environmental Certification.
The buildings, totaling more than 11,000 square meters of built-up area, will have 6 above-ground floors and a communal basement with parking spaces, storage rooms, bicycle rooms, and technical rooms.
