From April 1, 2024 to April 30, 2024, the company has repurchased 25,329 shares, representing 0.56% for $0.3 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 240,000 shares, representing 5.45% for $2.85 million under the buyback announced on November 22, 2023.
Catalyst Bancorp, Inc. is a bank holding company for Catalyst Bank (the Bank). The Bank is a federally chartered community-oriented savings bank.
