At the Clean Cooking Summit organized by the International Energy Agency (IEA) in Paris, TotalEnergies announced its ambition to provide 100 million people in Africa and India with access to clean cooking solutions by 2030.

TotalEnergies plans to invest over $400 million in the development of LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) for cooking.

In addition, to make "clean cooking" affordable to as many people as possible, the company will be developing the use of digital "pay-as-you cook" technologies, which enable customers to pay only as they use the LPG cylinder, rather than having to advance the full value of the cylinder's volume.
