Summary on Results

Probe card

• Sales of probe cards for memory reached a high level due to continued strong demand.
  Orders for HBM (high Bandwidth Memory) and other DRAM continue to be strong, and quarterly orders reached record highs.
  Sales of non-memory probe cards were lower than expected due to slow recovery in demand for automotive and other products.
• Segment income continues to maintain a high level.

TE

• Although sales of test sockets improved, sales of probe units decreased due to the impact of FPD market conditions, and sales of test equipment as a whole decreased QoQ. Similar results for test equipment.
• Segment loss has been realized.
