Eiffage has reported sales of 5.2 billion euros for the first quarter of 2024, up 4.9% on the same period a year earlier (+1.7% on a like-for-like basis).

In detail, sales rose by 4.8% in the Contracting Division (+1.4% L/L) and by +5.4% in the Concessions Division (+3.2% L/L).

At March 31, the works order book stood at 27.8 billion euros, up 40%, while the Group's cash position stood at 4.2 billion euros (vs. 4.1 billion a year earlier).

For 2024, Eiffage anticipates a further increase in its Works business, albeit with less sustained organic growth than in 2023.

In Concessions, sales are also expected to rise thanks to a further increase in airport traffic, the ramp-up of the most recent motorway concessions and the full consolidation of Adelac (A41).

Overall, Eiffage estimates that Group net income could be in the same range as in 2023.
