The Property investment segment includes management, operation and letting of properties, operation of theme parks, management and operation of hotels. It is engaged in the construction of building and civil works and provision of mechanical, electrical and piling works. It is also engaged in trading and manufacturing of construction and industrial products, building materials and commercial vehicles. It is engaged in quarrying, manufacturing and supplying of premix, manufacturing of ready-mixed concrete and production of building stones. The Healthcare segment is engaged in the operations of medical centers and provision of medical consultation services.
