(Alliance News) - Riba Mundo Tecnologia SA said Monday that consolidated revenues for the first three months of 2024 were EUR109.5 million, up 24 percent from EUR88.2 million in the same period of 2023.

The number of orders increased from 9,769 to 17,335 units in the first quarter or 77% while the number of units sold increased to 1.2 million units in the first quarter from 618,231 units in the same period last year, up 88%.

The strategy of product category diversification and, in particular, the expansion of sales in countries less covered in previous quarters continues positively.

Alessandro Dezi, Chief Operating Officer of Riba Mundo Tecnologia, commented, "The year 2024 opens positively for Riba Mundo, which continues to record double-digit growth, bucking the trend of market slowdown. This has been achieved thanks to the commercial policy of international expansion in B2B online and in small to medium stores, with the increase in merchandise categories, optimization of the warehouse and logistics with the continuous developments of the proprietary software Marvin that allows us to be present at our best in all sales channels. We will continue to work on new projects and commercial agreements to continue this positive trend for the rest of 2024."

Riba Mundo Tecnologia's stock closed Monday up 2.4 percent to EUR17.40 per share.
