Hopscotch Groupe announces that it has finalized the acquisition of 34% of the shares in its subsidiary Sopexa, thereby increasing its stake in this company, which specializes in the promotion of agri-food products and industries, to 100%.

Sopexa's international network, recently joined by the agencies of Interface Tourism, gives Hopscotch a presence on five continents, thanks to its 40 offices in over 60 countries.

With this acquisition, the communications consultancy group 'intends in the short term to display its Hopscotch brand in all its offices worldwide, and thus accelerate existing marketing, sales and operational synergies'.
