Tong-Yeoung Eco Power Co., Ltd. announced a private placement of 4,960,000 shares of par value, KRW 5,000 at a price of KRW 5,000 per share for gross proceeds of KRW 24,800,000,000 on April 20, 2022. The transaction will include participation from HDC HOLDINGS CO.,Ltd. The company is issuing shares through third party allocation method. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors.
