TWIIK AB BRP Systems AB signing of a share transfer agreement to acquire Twiik Coaching Technologies AB from Twiik AB (publ) (OM:TWIIK) for SEK 9.1 million on February 9, 2024. The agreed purchase price for the shares in the subsidiary amounts to SEK 9.1 million on a cash and debt-free basis, of which approximately SEK 6.4 million is paid by BRP on behalf of the subsidiary and the remainder, just over SEK 0.3 million, is paid in cash. The purchase price must be paid upon entry.
The divestiture is subject to approval by an extraordinary general meeting in Twiik. AS of February 29, 2024, at the extraordinary general meeting of Twiik AB, the decision was taken unanimously approved the transaction. Access and payment are estimated to take place on March 1, 2024.
