Triunfo Participações e Investimentos S.A. Announces its Monthly Operational Data São Paulo, January 12, 2012 - Triunfo Participações e Investimentos S.A. (TPIS3), a leading Brazilian infrastructure company, hereby announces its monthly operational data.

The total handled container volume at the port of Navegantes fell by 6.4% year-on-year to 545,158 TEUs. Energy generation totaled 54,042 MWh in December and 683,572 MWh year-to-date.
Regarding traffic, in the twelve months of 2011, the volume increased by 8.39% over the same period last year, reaching 76,940,000 equivalent vehicles. Our individual concessions, Concer, Concepa and Econorte, registered year-on-year equivalent vehicle growth of 10.63%, 8.17% and 4.58%, respectively.
With regard to cabotage, Maestra handled 2,568 TEUs. The volume handled in the twelve months was 10,253
TEUs.
